For the school rankings of 2019 we wanted to create a new way to engage with younger audiences (in this case, students themselves).

We build a faux chatbot that had the same information users could find on the dashboard, but delivered in a conversational interface. We call it faux because all the possible answers were already scripted — users could only input their location, school, test scores or pick from answers from a number of options, Still, users could have very different experiences, depending on their own choices and data.
